MEDIA MANAGER SRL is an independent private media company, 100% Romanian owned by two individuals (Editor Mihai Pavelescu owns the control share pack).
The Company was set up in 1999 at Cluj, as an editorial house having the objective to edit the newsletter MEDIA EXPRES dedicated to Romanian radio, television and cable television. The European Union supported the project between March to December 2001 within the Phare "Europa" program.
Since April 2001 MEDIA MANAGER SRL changed shareholder status to the actual formula and moved closer to Bucharest, following a transaction closed in December 2003. The company also widen toward news agency and radio and television activities.
